- Instant access: your Deep Reading appears on screen right after checkout.
- Prices are in US dollars. Prices for customers in Australia include GST. Sales tax for customers in other regions, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
- Free readings: adults 18+ (not available in the EEA, the UK including Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, or Switzerland). Paid readings: adults 18+ in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Refunds — summary
- Unused readings: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Five-reading pack: if you have used some readings, we refund the unused ones in proportion to the pack price, within 7 days of purchase.
- Used readings: if a technical problem affected your reading, email us and we'll review it individually, within 30 days of purchase.
